Goldman Sachs invests 240 million USD in Turkey
Istanbul, 10th April 2012 - Goldman Sachs, the global investment and securities company, has bought a 13.3 percent share in Aksa Enerji a subsidiary Kazanci Holding. The deal worth 240 million USD had an immediate effect on the company driving the value of the company up to 1.8 billion USD. As part of the deal Goldman Sachs, Is Bank and Garanti Bank also put together a syndicated loan for an additional 400 million USD. Source: Invest in Turkey
