What can we say about Altinkum property that hasn't already been said. Property in Altinkum is the cheapest in Turkey, which also makes it not only some of the cheapest in Europe, but also in the world. But cheap property is not what people want on its own, they want value for money and there is plenty of that to be found in Altinkum as well.
Holiday homes in Altinkum are cheap, because building costs are low including labour, because it is not one of the major cites or on the Mediterranean coast and because it is what buyers have come to expect.
With the prices of Altinkum property being so low, you would be forgiven for expecting to roll up in a backwater with nothing to see or do for anyone, but actually you are in a bustling coastal town with something to see and do for all the family.
The biggest attraction has to be the new marina which was completed last year, which is the biggest marina on the Aegean Sea and home to plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants – the marina is very much aimed at the millionaires of the world, including its several helipads and this is represented in the lavishness of the bars and restaurants.
Apart from that Altinkum is very much geared up for the club 18-30 experience, with the main attractions listed on TripAdvisor being beaches and bars.
Altinkum property is perfect for a holiday home investor on a shoe string budget. For less than £30k (correct at time of writing) you can buy a 2 bedroom apartment on the coast in Altinkum, often furniture will be included in the price. There you have a fantastic holiday home for you and your family to enjoy the 300 days of sun, sea and sand from. You can also rent out the property when not in use. Occupancy is relatively high, because of the comparatively low supply of hotels and mainstream accommodation in the town, and because the low property prices allow for low rental rates and still give high rental yields.
This is why Altinkum holiday homes are the perfect all round buy.
