Turkey: Enerjisa to raise EUR 700 million
Turkish energy company Enerjisa has launched the syndication EUR 700 million (USD 973 million) of debt, the lead managers will be WestLB, IFC and UniCredit Bank.
The syndication is part of a 1 billion EUR financing package for Enerjisa to fund the second phase of the company’s investment program.
The financing will be for the development of a portfolio of 1,045 MW power generation including the Dagpazari wind farm, the Dogancay Hydroelectric Power Plant, the Yamanli II Hydroelectric Power Plant and the Bandirma II Combined Cycle Gas Turbine plant.
Enerjisa is a JV between Sabanci Holding (Tukeys leading conglomerate) and Verbund (Austrian power company).
