Most valuable piece of land in Bosphorus on sale at Cannes
Milliyet – Turkey is standing out in this year’s MIPIM trade show, the international real estate market in Cannes, France. The search for international investors for urban recreation projects in Istanbul was one of the interesting developments of MIPIM 2010. One of the four projects, which the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) is trying to attract investors’ attention, happens to be the most valuable land asset for sale in the Bosphorus.
The land in Cubuklu is 644 meters long and is currently the longest available land on the shores of Bosphorus, with a 72-meter long pier. The estimated price for the land in Cubuklu is over USD 1 billion.
