A Place in the Sun announced this week that they will be holding advice seminars on buying overseas property in various countries. Chaired by APITs editor Richard Way, the seminars will feature a panel of experts on the specific market, and allow potential buyers to get answers to any niggling questions they may have about buying.
“Wherever you’re looking to buy abroad, you’re bound to have niggling questions related to the property-buying process there – and our country specific seminar sessions in the Buying Advice Theatre sponsored by Property Global Investments are your perfect opportunity to get reliable answers to them,” says the APITs release.
The seminars will take place 11th – 13th March 2011 in the Buying Advice Seminar Theatre at A Place in the Sun Live, Earls Court, London. Our own director Julian Walker is one of the selected experts for the Turkey seminar, which holds the 14:00 slot.
“It will be great to meet and talk to potential buyers in an impartial and relaxed environment,” said Walker. “At exhibitions they are always on edge in case you try and sell them something, it will be nice to allay their fears and perhaps stoke their enthusiasm as well, on a balanced playing field. Of course we also relish the chance to tell buyers what to keep in mind while viewing and buying in Turkey.”
