Turkey in the News: Russia’s Gazprom says “Turkey has massive investment potential”
Vice Chairman of Russia’s major energy company Gazprom, Mr Alexander Medvedev, has said because of Turkey’s fast economic growth Gazprom intends to increase their operations in Turkey.
Mr Medvedev said “We have a long and successful history of cooperation in Turkey. It is one of the leading developing economies in the world and we are not alone in suggesting that it has massive investment potential. We are, therefore, interested in developing our business in Turkey, as its economy develops and demand for natural gas grows,”
