Asian side Istanbul attracts property investors

Istanbul, 17th April 2012 – Istanbul’s new international financial centre at Atasehir on the Asian side of Istanbul is attracting international investor especially from the Middle East and the Gulf. The Istanbul Finance Center is a massive project covering 2.5 million square metres of land and includes offices, hotel, conference hall, shopping mall etc. The new Istanbul Finance Center (Spot Blue News 9 February 2012) will become headquarters for Turkey’s financial markets governing bodies as well as Turkey’s state owned banks. The international private investors are snapping up residential properties in the Atasehir area to sell them on to the expected influx of new permitted property buyers from the Gulf countries, Azerbaijan and Russia following the relaxing of Turkey’s reciprocity property law currently passing through the Turkish parliament.
