What is the Javea, Costa Blanca like?
On the north coast of the province of Alicante, Javea, also known as La Perla de la Costa Blanca, is a well-known international tourist destination (Spain).
This region is known for its beaches and coves with crystal clear waters where tourists can bathe and engage in water activities such as sailing and diving all year. It is located between the capes of San Antonio and Cabo de La Nao, at the foot of the Montgo (protected natural area).
Javea is one of Costa Blanca's most popular tourist destinations. Since the international airports of Altet (Alicante) and Manises are just about 100 kilometres apart, road and air communications are excellent (Valencia).

This wonderful home is situated in one of the most desirable spots in Javea in La Granadella, surround by beautiful scenery, breathtaking coastline and luxury homes. This property is located within easy walking distance to Granadella cove.
You can drive to Arenal Beach within 15 minutes; here, you can find all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and supermarkets, as well as the sandy beach. You can also reach the quaint old town and Javea Golf Club within a 20 minute drive. Finally, Alicante International airport is located just one hour and thirty minutes drive away.
What is the villa like?
This truly fantastic property offers 250m2 of living space with a 1,500m2 private garden, boasting magnificent sea and mountain views.
This property was refurbished in 2010 in a traditional style with wooden beams on the ceiling and Tosca arches. The kitchen was extended and opened to the living room providing more spaciousness and light to it and to the entire house. On the upper floor, you will find three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is the en-suite to the master bedroom. We also find on this floor a glazed Naya facing North and looking at the sea which is ideal for Summer when the sun is too hot. Also from this floor, we have access to a very private solarium with stunning 360º open mountain and sea views.
On the lower floor, we find a self-contained apartment that counts with a fully equipped kitchen, a large living/dining room with sea views, two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with a bathtub and a separated laundry/storage room. This self-contained apartment is ideal to rent on holidays let or to provide accommodation to family and friends.
Outside this property counts with a beautiful and low-maintenance Mediterranean garden with fruit trees such as orange, lemon and loquat trees which has an irrigating system in place that uses water from a 20,000 litre deposit that collects the water from the street.
The large outside terrace is where we find the 5x12 swimming pool, facing South/West and having sun almost all day long. From the swimming pool, we can enjoy stunning sea views. The villa also counts with a beautiful BBQ area and outside the restroom, easier to access when using the swimming pool.
