What is the area like?
Davutlar is south of Kusadasi centre and 7 kilometres from the delightful Dilek Peninsula, a wonderful green area with a sea shore, the perfect spot if you want to combine a nice swim in the sea and be close to nature itself.
You can take a stroll around the Milli-park, for children there are a small amount of farmyard animals, and horse rides, sample freshly made bread from the local store on site, there are a couple of small places to eat here, and local ice cream shop all built in stone and in keeping with the natural surroundings, sit and enjoy a cup of local cay (tea) in the cobbled courtyard, Walk across the lake on the suspended bridge, to the wonderful top class restaurant serving traditional local meals. Lamb is a speciality, its great in the winter too, as inside there are roaring fires, something a little different and traditionally it is a great place for that special occasion.
