What is the Yalikavak, Bodrum like?
Yalikavak is evolving into one of the peninsula's most cosmopolitan marina towns while maintaining its beauty and community. It is one of the most well-known resorts on the peninsula, with a small but bustling centre and a harbour where fishing boats moor; it is also one of the most upscale.
Many locals and visitors visit the town centre and the seafront because of the variety of pubs, cafes, and restaurants. The ruins and restorations of the ancient city of Yalikavak, which was situated inland on one of the hills known as Sandia, are worth seeing today. A few tombstones and city walls still stand in Yalikavak today, bearing witness to the town's heritage.
