What is Javea, Costa Blanca like?
At the foot of the protected Montgo Natural Park, Javea, otherwise known as Xabia, is situated. The Montgo Massif is the highest mountain in the region and stands at a staggering 753 m (2,470 ft) during the cooler months and provides Javea with shelter. The "pearl of the Costa Blanca" and the "Jewel called Javea" are also referred to as Javea, and rightly so! Picturesque beaches adorn this coastline, and it makes it the perfect holiday destination with an average year-round temperature of 20 degrees. 
Formerly an ancient fishing village, this small, historic town has preserved its traditional charm, and the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The charming old town and the main beach area are known as The Port and the Arenal in Alicante, and this is the entertainment centre, sheltered between two rocky headlands and situated behind a wide bay. Alicante is only a 70-minute drive away, and Ibiza's Balearic Island can be seen on a clear day as it lies just 111 km (68 miles) to the east. 
Where is the villa in Javea, Costa Blanca?
