What is the area like?
Modern-day Alanya offers kilometres of sandy beaches, waterside promenades flanked by modern high-rise apartment blocks and a bustling town-centre that offers every type of amenity including hospitals and schools, excellent shopping and a lively nightlife. Combine this with its wonderful year-round climate it's no coincidence the area is well-known for its fruit plantations and it's easy to see why the resort appeals to retired second homeowners as much as it does to younger holidaymakers.
One of Alanya's biggest attractions is its beaches, which these days are bordered by residential developments and hotels, rather than banana plantations and orange groves.

Where are the villas?
These villas are located in an elevated position within the resort region of Konakli, around 12 kilometres west of Alanya city centre. Featuring some of the best hotels in Alanya and with one of the best beaches in the region, Konakli is a rising star of the luxury tourism and residential resort segment. Furthermore, with the still relatively new airport at Gazipasa – just 55 km east of Konakli - and the new marina just 4 km away, demand for high quality residential property will significantly increase, meaning that Konakli’s star will only continue to burn brighter!
Local infrastructure is good, with excellent transport links and efficient utilities and telecommunications services and there is a good selection of boutique shops, restaurants, bars, healthcare facilities and banks within the immediate vicinity. Konakli centre is around 1.5 km to the west for those that prefer a much wider choice of amenities.
