We would thoroughly recommend Spot Blue to anyone. We were very dubious about buying abroad as we thought the language difference might cause problems but from the time we got in contact with Spot Blue they made the whole process so simple We chose the Altinkum area of Turkey as our destination as it has a big marina being constructed and is an up and coming area and also very affordable at present.
We booked a holiday there as we wanted a good look at what the resort had to offer. Spot Blue arranged to pick us up from our hotel and took us first to their Blue Bay office to explain everything we needed to know. We were then shown around properties in our price range ( we liked the fact that we weren’t pushed into buying dearer properties that we couldn’t afford )
Everyone in the office was helpful & very friendly. When we decided to purchase we were taxied around for any necessary requirements e.g tax numbers, bank accounts and translators, we cannot praise the service offered highly enough.
The service didn’t stop there though :- the after sales service is superb with advice and help with utilities connections,furniture and curtains they are also able to offer reduced cost flight transfers from the airport and a home maintenance plan if required – nothing is too much trouble. We are looking forward to returning in a few weeks time to settle in to our new apartment.
