Julian Walker Jim and I would like to thank you for all the help and advice we were given prior and during the buying process of our apartment in Ovacik.
We are now the proud owners of a beautiful holiday home and cant believe how simple the process was.
Having previously tried to purchase in Spain a few years ago we were a little nervous and apprehensive. From the moment we first contacted Spot Blue we knew we were in safe hands. We were taken through the whole buying process step by step prior to our visit to Turkey last September
We had already booked a 2 week holiday to Turkey before we contacted Spot Blue so decided this would be the perfect time to look for our holiday home.
Pauline from Spot Blue showed us around a number of properties and she knew exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure put upon us and she helped make the whole process very easy. She listened to what we wanted and could not have been more helpful.
Once we found our property Pauline introduced us to a Solicitor and went with us to the Notary.
We completed our purchase on the 22nd February 2011 and cant believe how simple the buying process was. We were kept informed the whole time and would highly recommend Spot Blue who found us exactly what we asked for.
In the future we may look for something a little larger and we will most definitely be contacting Spot Blue when the time comes.
