Excellent service from Spot blue from the beginning.
The first contact was through conversations with Laurence in the UK office, he introduced us to Pauline the Turkish end of this great set up. We flew out to Turkey in October 2011 and met up with Pauline and Onur the next day. When Pauline arrived at our hotel, she had the biggest friendliest smile on her face, this put us at ease right away. We sat and discussed our requirements and within a short drive we were looking at beautiful villas, there was no pressure at all. We finally found our dream villa, put in an offer and over a coffee we awaited the reply!
“Its been accepted was the reply”. Excitement was all around the coffee shop. Everything was sorted within hours.
Pauline and Onur drove us to the solicitor a lovely Turkish lady, who spoke English, she sorted out all our paperwork. A few more visits the same day was required to get our passport photos and then a short trip to the notary office. We were looked after all the way by Pauline and Onur.
After the 3 instalments of payment for the villa, which we sent after returning to the UK, the villa is now ours! We are moving into the new place in April 2012 and can’t wait!
