We purchased our place in the sun in Gulluk, just a Thirty Five minute drive from Bodrum Airport, beautiful place.
We found it through an internet search and the Agents were Spot Blue, not knowing much about them we did some research and were happy with the reviews posted, we gave them a call and spoke to Jayne, whom immediately upon speaking with her, made us feel in good hands and we were not disappointed throughout the whole procedure.
We made a provisional offer, which was initially rejected, Jayne negotiated on our behalf and both parties were pleased with the final outcome. Jayne arranged a viewing, we booked our flight, were met at the Airport by Jayne and Canan, we were taken to our property of interest, there was never any pushy sales pressure, no false promises and the whole purchasing procedure was professionally dealt with from our initial interest right through to receiving our Tapu (Title Deed ), which again was all taken care of by Spot Blue.
