We are delighted to offer this wonderful three bedroom home, which was purchased off plan from this reputable builder via the estate agent Spot Blue back in 2007.

The current vendors received the keys to this apartment in July 2009 and they have enjoyed some fabulous holidays over the years. However, recently due to their work commitments in the UK they do not use the apartment nearly enough, so they have decided to sell.

The complex also has its own mini bus running regular services to Kumkoy, Side and Manavgat. There are many shops selling all the items you need in the village of Illica, however if you wish to shop at larger stores, the shuttle bus will take you there and collect you after your shop.

Kumkoy and Side are not far away and they have many bars and restaurants that you can enjoy. The beaches are of a very good standard and they are approximately a 20 to 30 minute walk away.

The complex is managed by a professional maintenance company who look after the entire site amenities, so the gardens for example always look fantastic and there is wi-fi included in the maintenance package.

If you wish to use the bar and restaurant at the neighbouring developer’s complex, then you may do so, by signing in with the on-site security.

The apartment itself offers three good size bedrooms, a good sized lounge, dining room and a lovely kitchen area along with a hallway. There are two storage cupboards in the hallway, which are a great benefit.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a chest of draws. There is a balcony with a small table and a couple of chairs, which is a perfect place to relax and it enjoys lovely views to the North towards the Taurus mountain range. The room also comes with an air conditioning unit.

The third bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a chest of draws. The window faces out to the North. The room comes with an air conditioning unit and finally, there is a family sized bathroom with a walk in shower.

This apartment represents excellent value for money and it would be ideal to enjoy as a holiday home, or it could be let out as a rental investment property.
