We are delighted to offer these modern detached villas which are situated just 300 metres from the sea front in the beautiful town of Turkbuku on the Bodrum Peninsula.

The small resort of Turkbuku is an upmarket place to be where you can mix with the rich and famous. This friendly resort lies in a small bay on the north side of the peninsula, close to the main highway which offers easy access to the airport.

The resort has some lovely seafront bars and restaurants, and small craft shops and small boutiques. Many of the properties here are not high up so although you do not have views of the sea you can walk to the beach easily and enjoy pleasant strolls around the resort which more than makes up for this.

The resort has seen a dramatic change in the last ten years and there are now five star hotels and spas on its doorstep. In the summer months the beach comes to life with small jetties where you can be served all day with a cool drink or two and you will be looked after and pampered, whilst watching the private yachts which visit these small bays.

At night things change, sunbeds are replaced by tables and chairs, candles are the centre pieces on the tables and you can enjoy a wonderful selection of restaurants catering for every taste.

Set only a few rows back from this stunning beachfront are these two lovely private villas, a mirror image of each other, and once the gardens have been established they will be stunning.

There is a small private road to access the villas and each property has its own entrances and parking spaces for two cars. They have lovely large spacious gardens of around 600 square meters, containing the swimming pool which is 10 x 4 meters in size.

Each villa offers privacy private and has a nice slate walled garden, this slate design is carried forward onto the villas as well.

Once inside these light and airy villas, you will see the high quality for yourself, with beautiful fitted kitchens and stunning bathrooms. The design of these villas is very well thought out and they maximise the space. They have large open plan lounge areas with a fireplace for those cold winter nights and the outside terrace overlooks the pool which is 40 square meters, it is a perfect area to enjoy al fresco dining.

Next to the staircase and shining into the lounge area are glass panels, this lets the natural light flood through the room and up the staircase, which creates a lovely atmosphere.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and all of these bedrooms are fitted with wardrobes. There is a good sized family bathroom on this floor and two of the bedrooms have balconies overlooking the pool area.

The whole of these villas have been designed with light and space in mind, all the outside walls and stonework on the villas are a lovely pale shade of grey, and they truly blend into the area.
