What is the area like?
Hisaronu is a tourist resort which has grown from a village in 1990 to a large resort with its neighbour Ovacik since then.
It was originally intended to provide accommodation for nearby Oludeniz (where new building work is restricted). In response to its friendly atmosphere, Hisaronu has become a holiday resort in its own right and it is popular with British holidaymakers in particular.
During the summer season the village is lively and bustling with shops, bars and restaurants aplenty. Monday is traditionally market day with lots of leather and textile bargains and a wonderful array of fresh fruit and vegetables. Again Hisaronu is just a short bus ride away from Oludeniz.
Where is the villa?
Set in a peaceful location at the bottom of Babadag Mountain, this lovely villa is ideally located by the village of Hisaronu, which is only a five minute walk away.
It is located within walking to the restaurants and bars in the lively town centre, with easy access to the local Dolmus which will take you to many places of interest and only a five minutes drive to the famous resort of Oludeniz.
What is the villa like?
This key ready villa has its own private swimming pool and garden area to relax and enjoy the views within a quiet and peaceful setting, making it ideal for larger groups and families.
It has a good sized terrace area, with a built in Barbecue, and dining facilities for up to 12 people creating the perfect al fresco dining environment.

This wonderful home offers a fully fitted kitchen, with marble work surfaces, an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, and all utensils and crockery for up to 12 people.
The lounge is very spacious with a feature fireplace taking centre stage. From the lounge we have doors leading to the wrap around terrace which is an excellent entertaining area overlooking the pool and gardens.
There is a dining area which flows well from the lounge with a large table and chairs.
There are lovely archways, which lead to the main entrance, the lounge and kitchen areas and from the dining area we have the kitchen. There is a door which also leads to the large terrace area.
A large, winding impressive marble staircase leads to the sleeping quarters which are on two different floors. One floor downstairs and one floor upstairs.
You will find two en-suite bedrooms and three other bedrooms rooms plus three shower rooms. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious and have balconies with great views and all of them have high quality furniture.
The master or family bedroom which is in the lower downstairs area has a family bathroom. It also has a large sofa, all bedroom furniture including vanity unit, bedside cabinets and wardrobes. This room has a very large storage room which would make a great walk in wardrobe.
As stated the villa has four doubles and one single bedroom. All of the bathrooms and shower rooms are tiled floor to ceiling and the shower rooms have shower cabinets with the ceramics tastefully done.

The property boasts mosquito nets, air conditioning throughout, solar energy water heating and electric boiler, curtains, light fittings, Satellite dish and many more extras.
Finally, there is also a private driveway for at least two cars with large gates for privacy.
