We are delighted to offer this stunning individual villa which is found overlooking the Yalikavak Pal Marina, and within walking distance of the famous fish restaurants of the village.
What is the area like?
Yalikavak is positioned on the North of the Peninsula and is host to one of the three marinas in Bodrum. In 2012, the marina capacity was enlarged, and it is now surrounded by high quality boutiques and restaurants.
Yalikavak has a small, but busy centre and a harbour where fishing boats moor, and is one of the best known around the Peninsula and could be thought of as the most upmarket resort along the BodrumPeninsula. The wide selection of bars, cafes and restaurants in the town centre and on the seafront attract many locals and tourists alike.
Yalıkavak’s history goes parallel with that of Bodrum. The ancient city of Yalıkavak was located inland on one of the hills which is called Sandima and today the remains and the restorations can still be seen.
In today’s Yalıkavak, few tombstones and city walls still bear witness to the history of the town. Several old buildings such as old water cisterns and olive oil presses have been restored and are now used as art galleries or showrooms for handwoven kilim/carpets.
Where is the villa?
It is situated a five minute drive to the centre of Yalikavak and its lovely Pal Marina, which offers lovely designer shops, small coffee shops scattered along this section of the sea front and there is a Luxury Spa and Health Club, as well as a Boutique Hotel and Private Beach Club of the Pal Marina Group.
If you want something a little more authentic, then just a few minute’s walk away from the Marina is the centre of old Yalikavak, with its cobbled streets, whitewashed houses with traditional sky blue shutters. Here you will find more tourist shops, and local restaurants.
The old sea front area is still home to many boats and there are lovely outdoor restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlours scattered along the promenade. There are also two local market days here, which offer everything you will need.
At night the area comes to life, as the locals and tourists alike come out to eat, drink and stroll around the old and new Yalikavak areas.
What is the villa like?
This fantastic villa is being built by one of Bodrum’s top developers with luxury in mind. It is set on a slight hillside boasting the most fantastic views, over Yalikavak and its Marina.
This modern, spacious and luxurious property stands on a 1,275 square metre plot and offers 820 square metres of internal space with state of the art technology.
Outside there is a large private parking area for several vehicles, large private landscaped gardens, and in the grounds there is a 40 square metre shaped infinity swimming pool which is perfect for all the family to enjoy looking out of course to the sea.
The design of the villa is ultra-modern, with top quality fittings as expected, and attention has been paid to every detail inside and outside the villa.
The accommodation consists of a large open living/dining area with a luxurious fitted kitchen which has modern top quality units.
This extra large living space opens up with a large glass frontage and lets the outside in, especially great for those al fresco evenings with friends wining and dining overlooking the resort.
There are six spacious double bedrooms and one single bedroom, all of which have en suite bathrooms; most of them also have fabulous sea views. There is also a guest bathroom, all of which are fitted with top quality fittings.
Due to the shape and style of this unique home, the developer has incorporated a large study/gym area and there is also a 40 square metre indoor heated swimming pool. This gives the villa the feel of having an extra floor.
The villa enjoys stunning sea and marina views of Yalikavak, as well as green hills and it is surrounded by nature, making this a truly perfect location to live, or spend your free time.
The design of this villa blends together with the surrounding area and nothing has been left out or forgotten by the developer.
This villa is one of the best examples of luxury accommodation on the Bodrum Peninsula and offers a unique opportunity for someone looking for something very special.
