Overview:

We are delighted to offer this wonderful collection of apartments, duplex apartments, villas and luxurious mansions, which are situated within a gated complex in Gulluk on the Bodrum Peninsula, overlooking Mandalya Bay, boasting stunning Aegean Sea views.

What is the area like?

This small unspoilt resort of Gulluk is located on Mandalya Bay, on the lovely Aegean Sea, to the north of the Bodrum peninsula.

Its location remains popular for many as it is only a 10-minute drive from Bodrum International and Domestic Airport terminals. The roads over the last few years have undergone major improvements and are nearing completion, which is a vast improvement in the resort.

Where are the villas?

The resort is famous for its vast array of fish restaurants, the catch brought in daily by the small fishing boats into the original harbour.

These wonderful homes are within walking distance from these restaurants, harbour and the beach.

Along the promenade, you will find new coffee shops, lovely traditional style eating houses, and a mix of old and new, so there is something to tempt everyone.

As the resort has grown over the last few years, there is a good selection of supermarkets, local shops, and banks as well.

In the evenings the waterfront in the season becomes a pedestrian only area, which is great to walk and enjoy the scenery. You can sit in one of the restaurants and watch the fabulous sunset going down across the bay, something you will never tire of.

There are several small beaches to choose from in the area, as well as small beach clubs for those who prefer a little late night entertainment. There is also a good selection of boat trips, still leaving from the small traditional old harbour, however, the new marina which, when it is full will hold 370 vessels. This has recently been completed, and small yachts are starting to graze the landing areas.

There is still work to be done around this area and new small bars and restaurants are due to open, so this marina is still to be completed fully.

In keeping with everywhere else in Turkey, there is a fantastic street market here on a Thursday, where you will find everything fresh fruit, vegetables, spices, clothes everything in a plentiful supply.

What are the villas like?

Large detached villas:

These wonderful villas command the top spot on this site and are spread over four floors. They are detached and have lovely landscaped gardens and a swimming pool with surrounding sunbathing areas, and private underground garage space.

The property boasts a private lift, so there is no need to walk up and down the stairs. The property is stepped into the hillside, giving you the extra space and floors.

There is another bedroom with a smaller dressing area and en-suite facilities, a third bedroom and separate bathroom, which both share a sea facing balcony.

To the top now, and the main master bedrooms of which there are two, different in design, but both with stunning sea views from the terraces. Each bedroom has a large dressing room with en-suite facilities, and the two bedrooms take up the whole of this floor. There is also a small bathroom on the floor.
