Bekir Bozdağ is a Turkish theologian, lawyer and politician. On July 6, 2011 he was appointed as the Deputy prime minister in the third cabinet of Erdoğan. He was born on April 1, 1965 in Akdağmadeni of Yozgat Province. After completing his higher education in theology at the Uludağ University in Bursa, he gained a master’s degree in history of theology at the same university. Later, Bekir Bozdağ attended Selçuk University in Konya and graduated with a degree in Law.
