We arrived in Turkey for our viewing trip with Spot Blue adamant that a villa was top of our choices. After spending 3 days viewing properties with our hosts Izzie and Jayne our preconceived ideas had been blown clean out of the water!! The options available were many and varied ; but after lengthy discussions, re-visits and many lagers with our hosts we finally selected our perfect ‘home in the sun’. Within 30mins I had obtained a Turkish tax number and a Turkish bank account! Nine months later we return to furnish the completed property – bargains galore, thanks mainly to Izzie’s bargaining prowess. And a great holiday as well !!
