Spot Blue, Altinkum Branch
We have been returning to Altinkum for around 7 years and eventually agreed to buy a property there. We had been out with a number of agents who had taken us to properties that were not on our original specification. After speaking to Lawrence in the UK we were introduced to Jayne and Izzy at Spot Blue Altinkum who were absolutely fantastic in helping us to view the types of properties we were interested in, saving us a lot of time.
After spending 2 days viewing in July and returning in October for another days viewing with Izzy and Jayne our preconceived ideas about buying in a different area ofTurkeyhad been well and truly tested!!
The buying options available in Altinkum were many and varied but we insisted on a property with a view (I had said a sea view but would be happy with a view of any description). After lengthy discussions, re-visits and a lot of debate we finally selected our perfect home in Altinkum. It has the most amazing view of the sea AND Didim town. Absolutely perfect!
Within less than 2 hours we had seen a lawyer, obtained a Turkish tax number and a Turkish bank account!
Jayne and Izzy certainly took the stress out of buying abroad. Their knowledge, advice and most of all patience and ‘non pushy’ attitude really helped us achieve our dream. Thanks to Spot Blue, and especially Jayne and Izzy. We can’t recommend them highly enough!
