The UAE is one of those countries where property prices continue to rise because of demand. In fact, due to increased economic growth and an influx of tourists, the UAE has become a popular location for expats, who want to live close to their jobs in Dubai and other cities.
Another reason for investing in property in the UAE is because it’s a great place for investment. The country’s property market is not only growing but it’s also stable thanks to the government’s strict regulations on foreign ownership, land ownership and rental policies.
There are several advantages of buying an apartment in the UAE, such as tax incentives, low transaction costs and high returns on investment.
Buying property in the UAE is simple

Apartments for sale in UAE are very popular among foreign residents as they provide a nice family home, close to schools and town centres without having to buy land. Apartments are also often a great investment as they can increase in value over time and often provide rental income.
The process of buying an apartment in Abu Dhabi, Dubai or another emirate is relatively simple if you know what to expect and follow some basic advice.
How much does it cost?
The price of an apartment for sale in the UAE varies according to location, size and view. Generally speaking, prices range from about £50,000 for a basic one-bedroom to £1 million for luxury villas with swimming pools and stunning views of the Arabian Gulf or city skyline.
UAE Property Trends and United Arab Emirates Rent
The UAE is also known for its property boom. The country has seen a surge in property prices, especially in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where developers have taken advantage of demand from regional and international investors.
The low-interest rates from the UAE Central Bank has led to an increase in business confidence and a strong growth in employment. Residential construction is one of the main drivers of the economy and investments from both local and foreign investors have contributed to the boom.
For many years, Dubai has been a leading market for property investments for many years, but Abu Dhabi has also become an attractive option for investors due to its stable environment and growing infrastructure. Rental yields are strong in tourist locations due to year round tourism, whether in January, June, July, August or December. The popularity of the UAE as a holiday destination for a trip for a week, or even a month, has made booking out dates for an apartment relatively easy.
The capital city and other areas are expected to see an increase in investment over the coming years as it becomes even more connected to the global markets.
